Understanding Your Insurance Benefits
If you plan to use insurance, we encourage you to contact your Insurance to understand:
-
Mental health coverage details
-
Copayments or coinsurance amounts
-
Deductible requirements
-
Out-of-network benefits, if applicable

Private Pay Options
Some individuals choose private pay for increased flexibility, privacy, or because their insurance does not cover specialized services.

Private pay rates vary depending on service type, and details can be discussed during your initial appointment and a Good Faith Estimate will also be provided to you.

If requested, we can provide documentation (a superbill) for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Payment Plans
Financing Through CareCredit
We understand that testing and therapy are important investments. Financing options are available through CareCredit, a healthcare credit program that allows families to spread payments over time.
Additional details can be provided during your appointment if this option would be helpful.
Support for Uninsured Testing and Evaluations
If you or your child require diagnostic testing but do not have insurance coverage, your local Community Centered Board (CCB) may be able to help. CCBs are regional organizations in Colorado that coordinate services and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays.
How to Access Support:
-
Contact Your Local CCB: Each county in Colorado is served by a specific CCB. You can find a complete list of CCBs by county on the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing (HCPF) website. Please contact the board serving your county directly to inquire about testing and eligibility.
-
Denver County: Served by Rocky Mountain Human Services (RMHS). View site in English or translate to Spanish
-
Arapahoe, Douglas, and Elbert Counties: Served by Developmental Pathways. View the site in English or translate to Spanish
